Terms of Service

These terms apply to logo-design services purchased from Sheek Studios.

Services and scope

The advertised $39.95 package covers one custom logo-design engagement and the deliverables described at checkout or agreed to in writing. Timing begins after we receive the information needed to start.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate project information and confirm that names, references, and materials you supply may legally be used. You are responsible for conducting trademark clearance before using a final logo commercially.

Revisions and approval

Concepts and reasonable revisions are handled according to the scope presented at purchase. Work outside that scope may require a separate agreement. Written approval of final artwork completes the design phase.

Payment and refunds

Payment is due through the method shown at checkout. Because design work is customized, refund eligibility depends on how much work has begun. Contact support promptly if there is a problem; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual property

After full payment, rights to the approved final logo are transferred to the customer to the extent stated in the delivery communication. Unselected concepts, working files, tools, and pre-existing materials remain with their original owner. Sheek Studios may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use and liability

Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity. To the extent permitted by law, Sheek Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
